Usibelli Coal Mine adds first Hitachi excavator to fleet
Usibelli Coal Mine (UCM) has added the first Hitachi excavator to its fleet: an EX1900-6. Headquartered near Healy, Alaska, UCM is the only operational coal mine in the state. A family-owned business since 1943, the company is currently run by third-generation family member and UCM president Joe Usibelli, Jr.

Five ZX210LC-5 excavators join Con-Elco’s fleet
Con-Elco, a leading utility contractor in the Greater Toronto Area, has added five ZX210LC-5 excavators to its fleet. The company, run by Fiore Melatti and his two sons Nick and Attilio, purchased the new excavators in August 2015. Since then, the machines have been busy on a variety of residential projects.
