Hitachi expands parts distribution in North America
Hitachi dealers are now supported by the John Deere parts systems. Logistically, dealers are served from a Parts center in Milan, Illinois that supports 11 North American parts depots, providing superior parts delivery. Thousands of parts are classified as "critical parts" needed to maintain or keep a machine running. Each dealer's goal is to have 100 percent of these "critical parts" in stock at all times.
