Smooth, economical, and powerful
Hitachi's Electronic Total Control System (ETS) achieves maximum efficiency, productivity, and operator comfort through reduced fuel consumption, lower noise levels, optimized engine-pump functions, and excellent controllability. Main pumps are regulated by an electronic engine-speed sensing control system. Sixteen variable-displacement, axial piston pumps provide power for front attachment, travel, and swing.
Durable design
High-strength piston rods and tubes hold up to tough conditions. Cylinder cushion mechanisms protect boom, arm, bucket, and dump cylinders. A stroke-end control system is provided for arm and bucket cylinders, and the bucket cylinder of the loading shovel is equipped with a protector.
