Return goods policy

Credit will be given for all materials that are returned if the following conditions are satisfied:

• All materials must be returned PREPAID to the Distribution Service Center within 60 days.
• All materials must be unmarked and in resell able condition. Videotapes must be unopened. Reason for return.
• Original packing list showing items were ordered and shipped.
